What's New

The home page and What's New now follow your language setting: in Thai, every update note, date and button is in Thai too. The About link in the menu also shows the app's real version instead of 0.1.0

Pages now arrive ready to read, instead of staying blank until the whole app has loaded. The app also remembers your language on the server, so Thai stays Thai from the very first screen. If you use Thai, you may see English once the first time you open the app after this update, and never again

What's New now has its own page. "See all updates" opens every change so far, grouped by month, with a Back button that stays at the top of the screen — so opening it by mistake is one tap to undo, instead of a long scroll back past every entry

The app is faster. Screens now load their data about half a second sooner, because the server that handles each request now runs in Singapore instead of the US. Opening the dashboard also shows the menu and page layout straight away, instead of a full-screen spinner while your account loads

Fixed: the admin Performance Report's Commission Paid card was showing every paid site's commission, not the part that has actually been paid out to Sales. It read high by exactly the amount sitting in Commission Pending next to it, so the two cards never added up. They now do

The Survey reminder now shows a short count of missing required fields. Expand it to see the full list without a long alert pushing the form down

Notifications from the last 24 hours now appear individually so recent activity is easier to notice. Older notifications stay grouped by action, with first quotation reviews and requests for approval again kept separate

Quotation notifications now separate first review requests, requests for approval again after Sales corrections, returns to Sales, and approved quotations. Existing notifications also use these groups, and review notifications open the site's Review tab

Two fixes on the site page. Choosing a package now shows only the lines the customer will read on the quotation, instead of burying them under the full parts list with every hidden row greyed out and labelled — the complete list is still on the admin package page. And both boxes in the Review tab now show how many characters you have used out of 500, turning red when you reach the limit. Before this, typing simply stopped with nothing to say why, which is how a reason sent back to Sales could end mid-sentence

The quotation PDF is tidier. The lines between columns now run the full height of the item box instead of stopping after the first row, so the table reads as one grid, and each column heading sits directly above the figure below it. The equipment and warranty lines had been set too tight, which cut the bottom off Thai text on the last line; they now have the room the typeface asks for. A package with a long printed description used to print the totals and the signatures on top of one another — the signatures now move down the page, onto a second page if the list needs one

The Photos tab opens faster, and one missing file no longer takes the whole tab down with it. Every photo's link used to be requested separately, so a fully surveyed site made dozens of round trips before anything appeared; they are now fetched in a single request. If a photo's file has gone missing from storage, that one tile says so and the rest of the tab still works — previously the tab failed to load at all

Desktop notifications are easier to turn on reliably. The browser now asks for notification permission when you first open the notification bell, and the app confirms the device reached the server before considering setup complete

Fixed: on a phone, generating or downloading a quotation could report success and never show the PDF. The tab now opens the instant you tap — showing a 'preparing' message while the quotation renders — so a popup blocker can no longer swallow it. If your browser blocks it anyway, the green confirmation carries an 'Open quotation PDF' link, so the file is always one tap away. Download also ignores a second tap while the first is still working

Notifications about a quotation review now take you to the Review tab and scroll it into view, instead of leaving you at the top of the site page — so a rejection puts the reason on screen, and a request for another review puts the admin in front of what Sales changed. Sending a site to เสนอราคา does the same, and the site now shows an 'Awaiting approval' badge while it sits with the admin, so Sales can see where it is without opening the tab. Tabs are part of the address too, so a refresh or a shared link reopens the tab you were on

Approving a quotation no longer fails when several are being generated at once. Where the fourth admin used to be told the server was busy and had to click Approve again, the request now simply waits its turn — normally a fraction of a second — and goes through

Fixed a survey that looked complete but would not let the site move on. The Tax ID and electricity account number have to be exactly 13 and 12 digits, and a shorter one used to save without complaint and then block the status change with a message that only said "complete the survey". Both are now checked as you save, and where the survey does block you, it names the fields that are still missing

A quotation sent back now keeps its whole conversation. The Review tab shows what the admin asked for, what Sales changed in reply and who said each, oldest first — so an admin reopening a re-submitted site can see what was fixed instead of only the original complaint. Sites already in this state keep the reason they were sent back with

The package editor is now two cards: Quotation Description — exactly what the quotation prints, in the same two groups — and Package Products, the full parts list kept in the app for Sales. Hiding a line moves it between the two rather than deleting it, and a printed line can be moved between the equipment and warranty groups

Every photo section is now the package's to choose. Electrical Panel Location, Electrical Wiring Route and System Connection Point were required on every package regardless of its settings; they stay ticked by default, but an admin can now untick one for a package that genuinely does not need it

Fixed: Thai text in the package editor showed as garbled characters instead of readable Thai

Admins now add and edit packages on their own page instead of a cramped side panel, and it no longer stutters when you open it. Each description line can be filed under equipment or warranty and switched on or off for the quotation, with a running count of how many lines the customer will actually see

Quotations now describe a package in plain language instead of listing every part. The description is split into two sections — the equipment being installed, and the warranty — and each line can be set to show or stay hidden. The full parts list is still there for Sales on the Package tab; it just no longer goes to the customer

Survey completion: both the survey form (PPA-01) and all required photo sections must now be completed before a site can advance from Sale Survey to เสนอราคา (Propose Price)

The Photos tab now includes required Electrical Panel Location (ตำแหน่งตู้ไฟ), Electrical Wiring Route (ตำแหน่งการเดินสายไฟ), and System Connection Point (จุดเชื่อมต่อระบบ) sections for every site

The suggested package now matches the site's electrical system. Once the survey records 1-phase or 3-phase, only packages for that system are suggested — so a 5 kW site shows one option instead of both, and the panel says which supply it matched. If the size a site needs isn't sold for its supply, the app says so and points you to Other / Non-standard rather than suggesting equipment the supply can't take. Note that 3 kW is a 1-phase package, so a small 3-phase site is now suggested 5 kW. Sites with no phase recorded in the survey are unchanged

A quotation the admin sends back is no longer a dead end. The site gets a Review tab showing exactly what was asked for, who sent it back and when, and a button to request another review once you've made the changes — the admin is notified, and you can add a note saying what you fixed. The reason stays readable while you wait, and sites that were sent back are flagged in the sites list so you can spot them without opening each one

Admins can now manage packages in the app: add, edit, retire or delete packages, set the price, commission and product description bullets, and choose which photo sections are required before a package can be quoted. Packages already used by a site or quotation can't be deleted — deactivate them instead

Fixed the Sales preparation workflow: required photo * marks now remain visible after site or status updates, and Package and Quotations stay locked until the required survey fields and photos are complete

Package descriptions now include the current LONGI 650W panels, Huawei inverter and meter models, installation materials, quantities, units, and warranty details used in quotations

TOU meters can now be sized too. The survey asks for the four figures from a TOU bill — Peak demand, On Peak, Off Peak and Holiday units — and the Package tab suggests a size from them, the same way it already does for normal meters. If the suggestion is limited by the site's peak demand rather than its usage, it now says so

The Package tab now suggests a system size from the survey — it reads the monthly usage and daytime split, recommends the closest package, and shows the estimated monthly saving. It's a suggestion only; you still choose the package. TOU meters still need sizing by hand

Sales workflow: Package and Quotations stay locked until every required Survey field is saved and every photo section marked * has an upload

Version 1.0 — AT Sales is now officially live for the sales team!

Fixed: requesting a new verification email no longer deactivates your earlier links — any of the verification emails in your inbox now works, so you won't hit a 'link already used' dead-end from clicking an older one. Links also stay valid longer (72 hours)

Fixed: email verification no longer fails with 'token already used' — re-opening an already-verified link (or one an email scanner opened first) now shows success instead of an error

The notification centre now removes site-update notices after 2 weeks and other notices after 3 weeks, keeping the list focused on recent activity

Deleted sites and their related files are now permanently removed after a 30-day retention period

Admin report: the commission breakdown now has an All / Pending / Paid filter, so you can see at a glance which sites' commissions are still outstanding

Quotations now show the customer's company name, a dedicated document-issuing address, and Tax ID in the client block — fill the new 'ที่อยู่สำหรับออกเอกสาร' field in the survey's Business Information section

A site can no longer move to รอลูกค้า Approve until an admin has approved its quotation — this keeps the customer-approval step in sync with the quotation the admin actually sends

Fixed: quotation PDFs no longer show stray '&&' marks at the end of every line when opened in Microsoft Edge

Quotation numbers are now date-based: new quotations use QTYYYYMMDDNN (e.g. QT2026070901 = first quotation of 9 Jul 2026), counted per day in Thai time — quotations issued earlier keep their original numbers

The 'Quotation approved' banner now shows once, the first time you view it, instead of staying on the tab forever

Even quieter push alerts: your device now alerts at most once every 30 minutes — activity in between updates the summary silently and always appears in the in-app notification centre

Less notification noise: push alerts now arrive as a single 'You have n notifications waiting' summary that updates in place, instead of one push per event — the in-app notification centre still lists every item

You can now delete a site from its detail page — handy for duplicate or mistaken entries. Deletion is only available before any payment, deposit, or commission is recorded, so closed deals stay safe

Quotations now go through admin approval: Sales no longer generate quotations directly — reaching เสนอราคา sends the request to the admin team, who approve (and the quotation is emailed to the Sales rep to pass to the customer) or send it back with a reason

Fixed: the calendar 'Today' button no longer gets stuck on a loading spinner when you're already viewing the current month

Fixed: scheduled task times now save and display at the exact time you enter — they were previously shifted by 7 hours (e.g. 09:00 showing as 16:00)

Admin calendar: the Add Task form now has a searchable site picker — type a customer, company, or address to find any site instead of scrolling a long dropdown (which previously showed only the first 100 sites)

Payment safeguards: a site can't be marked ชำระแล้ว (or มัดจำ) until Sales has picked a payment method, and the method is now locked once the Admin sends an ICBC application to the bank — it only reopens if the bank rejects it

Sites now require a price before customer approval: a package must be selected (or, for Other/non-standard sites, the Admin's quotation uploaded) before a site can move from เสนอราคา to รอลูกค้า Approve — and once set, payment can be recorded as normal

Edit Profile: you can now update your own name, phone, LINE ID, and bank details from the profile menu

Reliability: session renewal now works correctly on the live site, so the app keeps you signed in after your access has been idle instead of occasionally showing a logged-out page

Fixed: you no longer get bounced to the login screen (or shown a logged-out page) after being on the app a while — your session now stays active for its full lifetime

Fixed: profile menu no longer dead-ends on a missing page; staying logged in across page reloads is more reliable; and the app no longer flashes a black screen on devices set to dark mode

Sign up: you can now switch back to Sign In after opening the sign-up card from the landing page

Reports: changing the time period or stepping through months/quarters now shows a clear loading indicator instead of silently freezing the previous numbers

Notifications: pop-up alerts are now tappable too — tap one to jump straight to the related site

Notifications: tap a site notification to jump straight to that site, and notifications now name the customer instead of an internal ID
